IL harvest

We have been in the fields off and on for the past week as it keeps on raining. Got beans done last week pushing a yield average of 63 and started corn. So far our corn has been pushing anywhere from 210-250s im am fairly pleased so far i just wish this damn corn would stop for atleast a week or more it killing everybody around here. Oh and moisture for corn has been anywhere from 25-33% moisture. But gotta get crops out some how hate doin it but its our only choice for now.

Re: IL harvest

Some impressive yields. Our highest Bean yield was 59. We've taken out about 200 acres of corn, but 120 of that was hailed on, so yield wasn't great. Field we finished tonight was around 200 bushel, and moisture around 25%.

Re: IL harvest

We store all of our crops in our bins but the elevators are takin it for a high price though. Theres an elevator aound here that was getting stuff so wet that they had a guy up at the top of the bin mixing it around.

Re: IL harvest

Were almost done with corn. Didnt have many acres this year, but all averaged above 130, which is damn good for around here. Now we're picking cotton. Picked about 50 acres and all has picked over 2 bales, only 750 more acres to go. lol Hope it does as good as the first we picked.
