i just had the cloth yanked....i went with 2 tone perforated leather, color matched to my cloth.... but to say the least i am very happy!! nothing like the smell of brand new genuine leather.
Very nice!! I've been debating on Katskins two tone or taking it to a local and letting them make me some that old grey charcoal leather is drab.... What that set ya back..... if ya dont mind me asking,,,,wondering whats cheaper kats or custom...
I've got one in my X, sounds very clean and is a great option for those wanting to retain the factory electronics. I drove mine off the speaker wires that go to the doors, downstream from all of the factory switching stuff for the front/rear entertainment systems. That way I retained all of the factory functionality, fading, multi-source switching, etc.
The new leather looks great, very nice! I recently got a quote of 400 bucks just to repair one of my seats, so I can't even imagine how much it would be for a whole new interior!
looks good brother been debating going leather as well, although i like my cloth. JL and rockford fosgate make some of the best audio IMHO, i have had really good luck with both, and the clean sweap is pretty cool.
i had one seam that was a bit out of wack..just kinda off line..noone would notice but me, but i had to say something, any way i called the guy and he's gonna fix it, in the process he did say they were katskin perforated leather..so i was wrong they are katskins...
