I was wondering where a good place would be to find the Michelin XML, XZL, or XL tires, commonly used by the military, preferably in a 38" + size. I found a set of 39" ones on ebay but the shipping was ridiculous.

that site is really cool!
Now are the 49" michelins actually 49" cause ive heard they are actually a few inches smaller, what have ya'll heard?
And would ya'll use them on the street, even the hummer tires?

Well the humvee tire is auctually a 36'' tire it says a 37 but we run them on all our humvees and they measure out to a 36'' good luck

well the fella has two types of hummer tires, the bias ply's are 36's and the radials are 37's, but obviously its always a "+, -" game when measuring tire size. I know in Quantico, our hummers had both sized tires cause some of them definitly had larger tires.
