c1155, c1158, and tire pressure
Long story short, will low tire pressure cause these codes on an 01 f-250? The codes relate to left front wheel speed sensor. Sensor is new along with the hub.

Re: c1155, c1158, and tire pressure
Speed sensor connector is usually the problem. Spray contact cleaner and wd-40 and reconnect. Faults for ABS system most likely.
C1155 - Speed Wheel Sensor LF Input Circuit Failure C1158 - Speed Wheel Sensor LF Coherency Fault

Did that. Cleared codes, and still there. May need to take it for a ride, but not the weekend for an unplated vehicle.

Re: c1155, c1158, and tire pressure
OK, I am going to sell this truck, and this is all that is wrong with it. Any ideas? Would like the abs light on the dash not lit when somebody looks at it.
Thanks. |
