Re: Tire pressure monitor fault

I did and it works for about 3-4 days then it comes back on. I was told Wednesday that me putting my tire sensors in my spare tire and keeping it at 78psi will be ok to keep the low tire psi sensor from alarming but they are to close together and that is what is making my (Tire Monitor fault out) do you have any ideas how i can get out of this fault

Re: Tire pressure monitor fault

Go to the dealer and have them change the set PSI in the computer.

The spare tire thing will never work since the sensors only transmit a frequency when the vehicle is rolling down the road, so since the spare is stationary it won't work.

Re: Tire pressure monitor fault

I dont think the dealer is allowed to change the pressures in the computer.
