on the dpf delete pipes for the 6.4 is it just exhaust piping with some bungs welded in for the sensors? Just wondering because Im gonna be picking up a spartan programmer next week(not sure on the tunes yet) but don't really wanna pay for the DPF delete pipe with all the 5 exhaust piping i have sitting in my garage if it is just a straight pipe with bungs welded in it.... im deffently gonna weld up my own and save the cash if thats the case....Thanks in advance Tyler!
The first truck i did the DPF delete pipe on the pre made pipes where not out yet so i fabed my own. I just laid the dpf on the ground and coppied the bung placement.
I Built one too on the ex's truck, it was kinda a PITA and i prolly wouldnt do it agian, because u can get one from some place like GOS for a fair price. Now if oyu dont mind hacking the exhasut and not having something that is directly replaceable with the factory dpf again (and not look like its been cut up ) then yeah just go find ya some weld on bungs and have at it.
I made hers so if ever need be it can be unbolted and the stock stuff be put back on.
