Re: white smoke after stage 1 injectors
Does it continue to smoke at all after it warms up? It could be that you have an injector that is sticking and dumping fuel when cold then freeing up once it warms up. Even new stuff can be bad out of the box.

Re: white smoke after stage 1 injectors
Runs some Rev-X through it, should free that sticky injector/injectors.

Re: white smoke after stage 1 injectors
ill give that a try but i really dont want to keep running it with the amount of smoke it puts off when cold ive read some stories of washing cyl down an breaking rings an such dont want to ruin the motor over a set of 1100 doller injectors i wouldnt be happy

Did you run a straight edge across the top's once you were done? Did you install new O rings on them along with new coppers?

Re: white smoke after stage 1 injectors
im goin to pull it apart tomrow an chech them with a straight edge but could it be a injector stuck open an dumping too much fuel? ive heard really good things about full force diesel injectors an they should go good on them if it turnsout to a injector

Re: white smoke after stage 1 injectors
Injectors do not "stick" open. You could have a broken nozzle, but if so it would smoke all the time.
I am assuming you have tuning to match the single shot injectors? |

[QUOTE=CSIPSD;1925629]This is not a 6.0... Stick to something you have a clue about.
Hmm.. I put a set of stage 1's in my 7.3 and I was having the same problems as the OP until I sent rev-x through it. |
