Alternator pulley

I need a new alternator pulley my truck has dual alternators. I need the top pulley. I haven't found any. I guess ford expects you to buy a whole alternator just for the pulley

It's the top alternator pulley. My buddy has a spare 6.0. Wonder if the pulleys are the same.

Re: Alternator pulley

I don't know what the alternators or the pulleys are like on a 6.4. I do know what they are like on a 6.0 and a 7.3. If you could tell me the diameter of the pulley, the size of the hole for the shaft, the width of the pulley and number of grooves, and the distance from the surface that contacts the bearing to the first groove, I might have a suggestion.

Re: Alternator pulley

Alternator Pulleys and Clutch Pulleys

Does it look like this:

Or like this:

They both use a standard ford 17mm shaft pulley. Same as 6g and 3g alternators.
