edge programmer
I was going to buy an edge programmer from a guy who had it on a 99. I have a 2001 and I was wandering if I will have to have it flashed before i put it on my truck and if so how much does that cost

The edge unit is a programer. It requires nothing to work in your truck.
Canned means not custom... They are generic tunes.
