Egr deletes are more or less identical. Pick whatever one is on sale. RCD, flo pro, and rudys sell a "complete" kit with an intake elbow. I'm running a cfm+ but really like the no limits setup.

Can you post pics of your CFM+ setup?
Which CAC pipe are you running with it?

Ya I'll grab some. I'm running a dirty diesel CAC pipe which is now the same pipe as the flow pro. Cheap and works great. I do want to get a no limits setup though if someone would be interested in buying my cfm+ and DD pipe as a set.

What is the performance difference between installingan EGR delete kit costing up to $1500 with waste gate, and installing a $400 blocking plate kit?

Re: which company make the best overall EGR delete kit ?

The higher priced kits include a wastegate. The lower priced kits removed the coolers and egr valve.

Is there a performance or reliabilty difference between the 2 methods? Other then price, what are the pros and cons between the kits?

A wastegate will ultimately allow for control of higher ebp numbers produced by power adders thus being required for those. With just tunes alone you ebp shouldn't be anything that would require a wastegate. By all means if the funds allow or you're having the cab off, go for it.
