500hp+ build time. Lots of questions
Getting things together for my project build. Looking to do 500hp plus on my 2006 daily driver
Staying with Eric on my custom tunes and probably purchasing a ficm tuner from him as well Intake manifold at go go diesel waiting for dougs cnc to be free Planning on warrens 190/100 injectors, airdog2 already installed also blue spring As for a turbo, Borg Warner 364 not sure on exact specs Looking into exhaust manifolds and up pipes, any suggestions? Log style or tube? Whos to go with? Whos up pipes? Anyone making divided pipes to help with spool up? Hoping the ported manifold and possibly a intercooler upgrade will help spool time, is a 64 mm the way to go? Any other advice would be appreciated

Re: 500hp+ build time. Lots of questions
Should definitely put you over 500hp for sure. I just dont know what it would for towing if you even have any plans for towing. Hopefully someone with a S364 will chime in. From everything I have gathered, I would say a 64/71/.70 or .76 divided T3 housing is the way to go with divided up pipes and manifolds. Probably from MPD as theirs seem to be the most economically priced ones I have seen. JMO though.
I would get the ported intake manifold over the intercooler as well if you have to choose. Again JMO on it.

Already got the ported manifold in progress. How much would adding a aftermarket intercooler help?
Looking into mpd |

Re: 500hp+ build time. Lots of questions
The intercooler would help, I personally like the mishimoto ones... Let me know if you need any parts
My recommendation would be a t4 divided with divided up-pipes and the log manifold Dbsque (Andrew made) Pm me for info Patrick@KEM

Re: 500hp+ build time. Lots of questions
I've read some about them. Was hoping from some experiences input from someone running them. They look good. Decent price.
