Rolling Coal Issues
So I've been having issues with getting my truck to spew stupid-crazy diesel smoke from my exhaust pipe. I checked and re-packed my roller muffler bearings. They looked okay but the carrier had way too much fluid seeping through. Speaking of fluids, my buddy suggested trying to put a bottle of GL-4 into the turbo? Do you guys think that'll help? He said it worked on his Cummins, but to not use GL-5 because it'll eat up the turbos bronze plated shaft-input nut.
I can't stand not being able to roll coal like my friends. The guy at Goodyear (he's got a 42v Cummins) said that I should look into getting some 400cc injectors. He said that he could tune it for me on his lunch break. I'm just going to try the GL-4 until I can save up some hundreds. Do you guys know what color lube I should use? |

Re: Rolling Coal Issues
I think trojan has some new lube that will tingle your tailpipe. Should work pretty good for you.
