Is it worth it?
My brother in law has a 2003 crew cab with 237,000 on it. In the passed year he has rebuilt the trans. Changed the cps changed all bearings and seals in the axels. He has left it stock . I would be using this as my daily driver. He wants $7000 for it. Is this something I should be considering.

BTW, I have the same thing... an '02 7.3L with 292K and a rebuilt drive train from the motor back, trans, driveshaft, diff and rear axle outer wheel bearings as well as new unit bearings up front. Runs like new, except the motor needs a little refreshing.. Injectors, HPOP...
