Headlight Bulbs
What is everyone running? My 97 has some piss poor light output.
I was thinking of trying to find a relay harness to try and get more power to the bulbs and do a bulb upgrade. I was also looking at some New headlight housings(just some OE ones)

Re: Headlight Bulbs
When I changed my headlights I put in Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs. There is no comparison to stock lights. The new clear headlights may make a difference too, but they are still super bright.

Re: Headlight Bulbs
Yeah. I am looking to keep the OEM look. Not looking for the clear lenses.
Anybody got a source for a harness other than LMC? |

Re: Headlight Bulbs
I was running the Silverstars but now running the Philips X-treme power bulbs. The Silverstars have a blue coating on them. The Philips are a clear bulb. I like the Philips over the Silverstars.
X-treme Power You can't compare a DOT legal bulb (55w/65w) to 80w/100w off road bulb. Although a harness that uses direct battery power is way better than the subpar OEM headlight wiring. Billy T. gnxtc2@aol.com

Re: Headlight Bulbs
I might have to try those. Do they look blue when on? Or are they super white?

Re: Headlight Bulbs
I have the LMC harness and the 60 dollhair silverstars (whichever those ones are)
They aren't blue though? Even with fogged lenses they are super bright. I would suggest them for sure.
