HELP!!! have a rattle in the dash

Has anyone had this problem. I have an 09 f250 fx4, just bought it, and when i get up to @ 60 to 75 I get this rattle coming from the pass. side dash. It sound like its coming from the defrost vent. driving me nuts. How hard is it do get into the backside of the dash? I think someone droped a penny or something in the vent. When I turn off the air completely the ratlle almost goes away, but when I trun the defrost on, it gets louder. Any help or advice would be great!!
