Re: anyone ever gotten this head gasket kit?
Depends on what comes in the kit as to what goes where. I am curious to know why you think you need head gaskets. It is extremely uncommon to blow a head gasket on a 7.3L. No there will most likely not be any instructions. There isn't much to replace on a head as far as seals. There are two large o-rings for the oil rail plugs at the ends of the head. There are two smaller o-rings for the fuel rail plugs. There are four o-rings for each of the plugs at each injector location on the valley side of the head. It may or may not come with injector o-rings. To install the head gaskets you place the head gasket on the block, place the head on top of it carefully, and install the bolts or studs and torque to spec.

Re: anyone ever gotten this head gasket kit?
I did not blow a head gasket I was told by the dealer that my truck had been dusted because it was low on compression which was not true but I pulled the heads to verify what I thought it was its a long story but it turns out the block and heads are fine when the injectors where installed they where not installed correctly and they did not seat causing the loss of compression. i know this because there was carbon inside the injector cups and the injector orings where cut. anyways i am in the re-installation phase and wanted to know about this gasket set

Re: anyone ever gotten this head gasket kit?
yes i agree but the reality of it ever being apart again is slim to none and I don't plan on making enough hp to need arps do any of you know if you can reuse the head bolts? if not i might wait till I can raise the funds

Re: anyone ever gotten this head gasket kit?
No you can't re-use stock head bolts. They are torque to yield(TTY). Which means they are stretched on the final torque sequence when being installed and should not be re-used.
