24v vp44 into 99 f350 dually

Intercooler pipes, and shot of lower radiator tube from underneath. Just not clamped down til everything else is finalized.

So the stock 7.3 oil pressure sensor. Real close to 7/16-20. For adapting it, I used the 1/8npt hole that is plugged on top of the oil filter mount. Put an 1/8npt close nipple to an 1/8npt union, that I retapped one end to 7/16-20. While the 7/16 thread is real close, it threads in a bit tight, so Im thinking the sensor is actually some 11mm thread. But with brass fittings, and an o-ring seal, it will be fine.

Dual battery mount decided to have some fun! Tied into the 2 bolts holding the fuse block on as well. Pic is before gussets back there.

nice work!, If you can detaqil your wiring work that would be awesome! i'm looking into doing the same swap. I live in ny and already have a 12v G56 in my excursion, but the state is getting tougher in the future on conversions, I already have a 2001 24v donor with 76k. If i used that in my 2000 excursion im 100% legal, do some twins, smarty, injectors etc.. I would like 450-500 hp.

Top driver side of the 271 tcase. Ive got a steel nipple, should be a breather. Its real nice and clean, but Ive not found a hose anywhere in my parts. Maybe it left with the trans. At any rate, what was normally put on there for a breather hose and run to what location?

Also, park/neutral and reverse light wires. Working from a 2001 Ford wiring manual. I can match up colors, however, they are different plugs on the chassis. Hate to connect up wires that shouldnt be connected to each other, and cause myself to chase new issues! Anyone got a late 99 wiring diagram for that?
