14K Gooseneck deckover trailers (20+5)
I'm looking at purchasing a 14K gooseneck trailer, 20 foot deckover, with a 5 foot dovetail. Does anyone know if there are 7k axles out there with dual wheel setups?
Yes I know they have the dual tandem setups, but those are typically the 20-25K rated trailers. Would love the added safety of having 4 extra tires to disperse the weight.

Dont know of anyone putting duals on a 7k axle, that would mean a different hub. I would not advise duals, get wider axles. (94" hub face should work well).

Re: 14K Gooseneck deckover trailers (20+5)
It's not necessary to have tandem duals on a trailer with a capacity of 14k. If you would feel more comfortable with double the number of tires on the trailer then you'll want to step up to a tandem dually rated at 20k, because your not going to find tandem dual axles much lighter than that.
