water injection nozzle size
what size nozzles are you guys running? I recently installed a AEM stage 1 kit with the progressive controller. I'm currently running the largest nozzle that came in the kit and don't really see a reduction in the EGT's and no sign of injecting too much water. The pump is activating, i can see it turn on via the LED i have mounted. What psi are you all have yours activate at?

I have mine set at 22 psi with a 750ml nozzle. Its just for wide open throttle on my truck. I tried another 400 nozzle with it but motor started pinging with a 50/50 mix. Mine does not help egts a lot either, but you can sure feel the power!

I run a 800cc/m in the first stage and two 650cc/m injectors in the second stage on my CoolingMist dual pump setup from Swamps. Worked great controlling EGT's with my 550+hp setup i only used water but mixed in 33% methanol when i hit the track and it dropped a tenth off my times

the nozzle thats in there is like a 550cc one, biggest one that came with it. Do i need to run a larger nozzle?
