Need help with p0269 code
I'm getting a p0269 code #3 cylinder on my programmer, engine is running very rough! I have a 2004 6.0
Resently I've done the following. -cleaned turbo and oil change -new fuel filters -Changed EGR cooler -rebuilt FICM I've been doing alot of research and I see that injectors don't go bad very often. I saw on a thread someone mentioned a BUZZ test? What is that? Just need a push I the right direction, HELP!!!

Sounds like you lost number 3...You need a scanner (Auto Enginuity, Snap On, OTC....)to do a buzz test and power balance test to confirm your problem. Hook up with someone local and get that done to confirm the bad injector. Most likely a bad spool valve on the injector so you if thats the case you need a new injector in that hole.

I currently have the same problem after my oil cooler change and ended up buying the injector from PMM for less than $200.00. It should arrive today. Just to be safe I went ahead and shipped my FICM to ficmrepair.com for servicing.
