I did 399.8hp with a 1.0 RV housing stock turbo, the stock muffler, a Banks PowerPack and a BTS with 160 stage II split shots on a DynoJet 248 without load cell with old 2003 tunes. Added a electric fuel system based on a SD pump, horsepower went up to 408hp.

So 180cc injectors stage 1s gonna see Maybe 350-375 since they flow Alittle more than 160cc

I read somewhere that you get roughly 2.3 HP per CC of fuel WITH the proper supporting mods, e-fuel - Better turbo - better HPOP - Ic - and WITH the right tuning - etc.....

With the correct combination of parts yes you should hit 400hp...with 180cc stage 1's.. but the combination you listed best guess is 350hp.

Ive done nothing special (w/ stock fuel pump, turbo) to make 340-350 and for towing, its been just fine. Bolt a few parts on and try it out. More can be better but you'll be surprised how entertaining 350hp is for daily fartin around.

I have not laid awake at night worrying about another 50 hp... this truck will never be fast and I dont need any more to tow.

i totally agree with you! with a dp, intake, and swamps tuning i am impressed with my truck ! i was used to it being so slow! (remember i'm used to my new truck) i have a new respect for somebody saying they are make anywhere in the 300s for hp with an obs.
