Early 99 Spyder vs Late 99 and up Spyder

I am getting ready to install my intercooler on my 1996 F350 Crew Cab and have been doing a lot of research on this site. I have noticed there are no photo comparisons of the early vs late intake spyders.
Here are some photos I have taken to give you an idea of their differences. The little one is the early model.

The answer in no I take a different turbo, up pipes, collector, manifolds, pedestal, to make it work.

dose anybody sell a whole kit or aren't they that big of a difference that people don't do it because I have an e99 and it needs a new turbo and all I see is how everybody loves the 38R

Yes there is a kit that you can buy from riff raff. Or find the pieces from part out motors and build it your self. Most with E99 don't go with the conversion First because A drop in Beans D66 is almost as good as the 38r. Second is if you want better than the D66 most upgrade to a t4 style turbo kit like Irates, or a T4i kit such as Hypermax H2E.
