1997 Stroke Missing when around 2000 RPM
I have a powerstroke that when the RPM gets around 2000 it starts missing. At a idle it misses sometimes. I checked the wiring harness to the injectors and I did not find anything wrong. The fuel pressure bounces between 40-60 PSI. Does anyone have any idea what can cause this?

Sound like the injectors are getting tired, how many miles on them?

the truck has 249000. It was running great then the IPR went out. I got that fixed now its missing. It has a newer cam sensor because when the IPR went out that was the first thing i replaced.

i had same problem installed chip from php and poof problem gone

I had a wildman chip in my, but the problem was the cam sensor. I bought that part new and it was bad on the get go. Thanks skeetreecetw
