IMHO iT is a joke. There is a voa floating around somewhere... It is nothing but very heavy oil base stock. A waste of money unless your burning a ton of oil.

I agree, use a good quality synthetic and you won't have to put in any additives.

Lucas Stabilizer SUCKS! All it it does is thicken the oil to ridiculous levels and you might as well forget about cold starts in the winter. Also if you run the regular (not the synthetic) its been known to cause oil foaming in HEUI engines.

I personally used it in my truck, and all it really is....is oil......nothing BIG to talk about it
Personally however, AcDelco makes a EOS product that if your motor is knocking, fixes it, and its worked magic, alot of shops I use to deliever too recommend it over Lucas

I use it in my 76 390 1 ton, flat bed cuzz it has a serious piston scurt knok,,it helps quite it down,,1000 miles a year mabee hauling Hay..
