No Start at detailer

Just got a call from the detailer. He said my truck won't start and offered to to have it towed to my house. Gee thanks, I guess?

The DP Tuner display no longer displays a tune number, just a single dot.
Somebody please help me before I go stab baby seals

Update, I just perused the DP Tuner knowledge base and it looks like they may have put it in no-start mode.
I'm headed there now to check it out.
Maybe the baby Seals will live?

Re: No Start at detailer

Perhaps he nocked the plug/chip loose on the PCM? Hopefully he didn't cook your PCM

Re: No Start at detailer

Maybe they got some of the engine cleaning stuff into the electrical connections, they are dripproof but not watertight against say, a pressure washer or even a garden hose with nozzle.

Re: No Start at detailer

Well it looks like they broke the DP Tuner EX Switch.
The button on the lower left was broken and flopping around.
Behind the button is a little tiny surface mount switch. I managed to put the metal contacter disc back into the broken surface mount switch and made enough contact to get it out of no start mode.
I hope UPS has a truck with a Hot DP Tuner chip in it. I need a new switch fast.

Re: No Start at detailer

Disconnect your chip from the PCM, it shoud run normally then unless you have non-stock injectors.
