Largest Tires on 20x8 Harley Rims

Hey all:

Just wanting some advice here. I have an 08 F250 Ext. Cab SB, just bought a set of 20x8 Harley rims off an 09, and I'm wanting to put a wider tire on them than a 275/65R20. Anybody have any experience with these rims or know how big I can go? I'm looking at a 295/60R20 Terra Grappler or a 295/55R20 Trail Grappler, but I've heard that the Terras in that size might rub on my stock Radius Arms? I would prefer to leave the truck stock height.

Thanks

You should be able to run the 295/60/20 without rubbing. I run that same size on my factory 20's with no rubbing at all. It's a great size tire too. It's perfect for a stock height or leveled truck in my opinion.

Is the offset the same for my 20 inch Harleys as it is for your 20 inch Lariat wheels though??

I can't imagine they would be different, but I could be wrong.

They will work fine at stock height with a 35-12.50-20. Nothng rubs anywhere. Offset is the same. I have both wheels here is a pic.

Really..... no leveling kit or anything and those Toyo M/T's don't even rub at full lock? Dang might have to change my mind about which tires I want to run, I've always wanted a set of Open Country M/T's!

They should work at stock height. Only thing you may have to do is zip tie your fender well liner back.
