On my dads 03 F350. filter housing on top of the engine, where the fuel line comes in. That little plate that bolts to the side of the housing, it's dripping out the bottom. We checked to make sure the bolts were tight, and they are. Is there an O ring behind there, or is it a gasket?
You won't have that one. At work we call it the d!ck gasket because it's shaped..... Well you get the point. Get the whole updated regulator while you're at it. Your injectors will thank you
if it a 6.o jus do the upgrader fuel pressure spring the sell you the whole kit for around $50 at the dealer this includes new o rings spring and the bolts plus what is bolted to the housing
It was around $38 and it had the blue spring in it along w/ all the o-rings and the poppet. They don't have the part listed, but call them and they will get it. It is the cheapest way to go for the blue spring.
Unfortunately many 6.0L's have too low of fuel pressure at WOT. That can damage injectors. The upgeaded regulator spring corrects that.
