did you get both pm's? I sent one the described how to cut and thread to make an adjustable bar. the second pm, It had how to cut and sleeve the bar to your new leveled lenth.

let me know if I have confused you even more.

you could also cut and sleeve the factory bar. you need a 6-8" piece of 1" inside diameter D.O.M. .250 wall. I measured in 2" from the end of the sleeve on both ends. then I drilled two 1/2" holes on both ends of the sleeve. I did this to weld in some bung welds for a little extra strenth similar to bung welds on a rear axle.

I have cut the factory bar, drove it around the parking lot and got the axle centered, with both ends of the trac bar installed clean up trac bar on both cut ends. slip the d.o.m. tubing over the trac bar. then I tacked the d.o.m. sleeve over the trac bar.

I removed the trac bar with the d.o.m. sleeve tack welded in place. I welded the ends of the sleeve and welded in the bungs for a little extra strenth.
