I think mine are leaking alittle too, I just havent brought myself to spending about $35+ on new O rings & return lines. From what I hear go over to NAPA & get a "Fuel retun line kit" I think is what it's called. I'm pretty sure that comes with the O rings that you need too. I'll call tomorrow because I need to check into it too!

Go to Auto Zone for the Valve Covers. There is a basic one & one with a steel liner for a couple $$$ more & that's the one that you want to get. Should cost about $12 per side or around $22 for both valve covers. I was going to replace mine because the right side was leaking but then it stopped! :confused: I would have had to have ordered them so I decided to put that project on hold.
I didn't get a chance to call NAPA today, will do tomorrow! :doh:

Well I called NAPA & they had never even heard of the "kit" & didn't have it listed. So I'm going to check a few other places & see what I can find. If worst comes to worst just pull off the old lines & O rings & show them to the parts store guys & have them match it up. Another place to check out is a plumbing supply store for the O rings.

If you have an International Dealership near you, go there for the best prices.

I can't recall what I paid for my last O ring kit, ( I think they call them injector install kits) but International was like 40% of what everyone else wanted.

Make sure you lube up the new O rings with Vaseline to help with the install

I'll try that, but the Int dealer really hates it when the Ford guys come in there. I'm not the only one that has that issue with em. I'll try calling but they want a vin# or the truck, when you tell them you don't know & say it's for a Ford they tell you you should probley talk to Ford then. But I don't give up & make em search the computer till they find it. Customer service is NOT #1 over there. Oh well..............

I would try a diesel repair shop. Any place that rebuilds pumps or injectors should be able to get them for you.

that is the part number for the kit... even if they dont carry niehoff the should be able to cross this number for you....

I got these from my local parts store....

I just checked the napa website and they show them available, just my local store did not have them in stock....
