something I don't:doh:
What year model or option was the upper radiator hose on the passenger side of the radiator.
All the pics I have seen show the inlet on the drivers side.

Not sure about the Powerstrokes but I know the 7.3L IDIs had a right hand feed. Mine's a 93 so I'm guessing 94.

I know the 94 PSD's have a different radiator than the rest of the OBS trucks but I don't know if that is the difference.

It was '94.5 and early '95 as I have one with a 12/94 build date with the old style, but my green '95 and a bunch others I have seen have the newer style.

Here's what youre after--its an oddball....So odd that at Gates we don't make the exact tooled upper hose for the 94-early 95 application with the copper tank rad. I've tried numerous ones and they don't route correctly. (Amazingly the stocker hose is still pretty decent and for now I'm still using it but I may get one from ford at some point.) Here's my June 94 set up...

Whenever the design changed, they used aluminum radiator tanks. I have a 95 with a copper radiator and a 96 with an aluminum radiator. The top hoses are opposites. The 96 also has 2 hoses that go into the plastic overflow tank from the radiator. The 95 with copper radiator has a T fitting into the heater hose and 1 hose into the overflow tank.
