The Magnaflow is the best sounding exhaust system(IMHO), but yet is not too loud, I have the 3.5 dp on the 03/04 6l and its one of the best sounding trucks I have EVER heard..Killer price..

Yes, but they have a muffler and they only fit cc/sb trucks.
