turbo????

i got a 05 needs a new turbo im wanting to go after market just wonder which one i should go for...i got turbo back exaust ,cold air n edge and fixing to go with head studs and custom tune

A real popular turbo for the 6.0s is Industrial Injections Phat shaft 62/70. It is a non vgt turbo, so you would have to deal with the actuator. If you wanted to stay with a vgt, elite diesel has a couple options. They are larger vgt turbos and work real well.

Do a search on the Garrett Powermax turbo, it has been a very popular upgrade over the stock turbo. They are priced around $1100 to $1200 and no core is required. There are quite a few venders on this site that have them.

yes. i cant exactly explain it one of these guys can wait for it. but ya there is a difference. i can tell u that the sizes are different vgt to non vgt as to witch one u will need
