Would anyone take the contents of thier wallet out for a clean turbo kit that ran on 8psi and made a little over 400hp crank. and was costed at around 2k? And yes I am aware others have a kit but not at this price for the performance. What features would you want.

Tell me more. F150 or F2/350"

Smog legal in CA with intercooler? ALL piping included, who is going to tune it? What years of 5.4's will it fit?

Obviously off road, CARB exemption is too expensive. Intercooled and non intercooled. Since it is low PSI it will come regulated fuel pressure with boost reference, and ignition retarded based off detonation. THinking 04+F-150 F-250 and F-350.

How would this compare to a roush supercharger? other than half the price?

More efficient. Superchargers are dependent on RPM turbo's aren't. THe turbo can be sized to make boost when you want it. Smaller AR for street, larger AR for mid range, and we can go larger for more specific high end output. Plus we don't have to mess with pullies to make more boost we can just adjust the wastregate. I can go on with more if you need to.

mmm.... yeah, my buddy has an F150, and he is always talking about getting a supercharger..... but I always tell him look at some turbos.... What are the specs on the turbo? and why only 8# of boost? oh and does it come with headers?

Cause it is a gas engine. After about 8lbs you will need custom engine management and that costs alot more to the kit. Plus you will be working off of pump gas and it has a lowly octane rating. THe headers will have to be included to mount the turbo.

8lbs boost is actually a bunch of boost on a n/a motor.

He already has a programmer.... would higher boost be able to be obtained if he got some custom programs?

your lightnings only push around 8lbs of boost even with the upgraded pulley

8PSI can pressurize enough air to add another 33% percent power output to a NA motor on average.

My 84 300zx is an n/a motor with the factory turbo added to it. Its 8psi max. It makes a HECK of a difference. I actually prefer 6 psi to be honest on that car.

make a kit for a 99' V10 and I will talk my buddy into buying it. That truck would be scary with a turbo.

hmmm what do you have for an 03 expedition 2v? I am currently running a powerdyne blower and have the intercooler mounted but not plumbed. I have all the tuning capability just need the hardware to give the boost I will take care of the fuel.

I have a customer that might be interested in your kit for an 04 f150 3v.

Are you sure the new trucks aren't returnless fuel systems BTW?

He's gone and I doubt he's coming back. He didn't last long!
