wont stay running. SHutting off?

so my 95 power joke is acting up. Wanting me to slap that cummins in her. I was hoping to drive her for a week till i get the trans from the shop and put back into my other truck. So here is what is doing. Just shuts off randomly. and If i floor it it may shut off and then turn back on. There is no idiot lights on and i am unsure where to start. I just put fuel in tank. and about 2 gallons of fuel booster/cleaners. I am on my way now to do a fuel filter.

so i changed filter and found out that the water drain thing? on the front left side of the fuel filter hold was leaking at the bottom. Rather good. How do i fix it?

It has a little arm on the top of the shaft. and it looks like it is leaking from where the black shaft goes into the aluminum? is there an oring? how do i take it out?

If IRC there are 2 or 3 small screws that hold that valve on the side of the fuel bowl. It would be easyer to pull the bowl out.

Im thinking about just letting it leak and pulling the motor out for cummins.

So just do it instead of complaining and trying to fix the issues.
