Here are some pictures of a cover I made for my stacks. I was tired of burning things so I made this. I built a frame out of angle iron and then bolted the diamond plate to it. I then used chrome acorn nuts to finish it off. The last picture is of the truck with the tonneau cover on. I think it turned out nice.

Thanks! I got some motivation from when a cooler slid up and melted on the y pipe. Took me awhile to scrape the plastic off :pointlaugh:

That looks pretty good. I need one of these for my OBS. I have a toolbox behind my stacks and it piles up with leaves behind it.

Its not too hard to make. The hardest part was making a pattern and cutting the aluminum. I have $50 in the whole thing.

Another reason why I put mine on the outside of bed. But people on here says it looks gay. Oh well.

Very nice! Can you take some close up pics of the top edge, I built one for my truck as well but I've really wanted to design a hard tonneau that worked with the stacks and had something in mind like yours with the cutouts for the stacks and then using a piano style hinge behind the stacks so the hard tonneau would pivot there so I can keep my stuff hidden and locked but still have the stacks!

Do you have a picture of that? I've been thinking I'd go that route if I ever go to a stack.
