Some rare new red birds brought em home. ;) After the tail powered down, Little John came on board and provided a controlled descent. :D

:D :D Ok,
9.2 fingers out of 10 are working now. That's the good side in the photo. :doh:
The dozer has a turbo diesel engine. Vintage 1960's....Decades passed before the turbo diesel engine was finally put in light duty trucks. :pointlaugh: The dozer has a shift on the fly hydrostatic (automatic) transmission--all pre - 1960's technology. :D The blade, hood and winch are off for a reason. That's a 14,500 lb machine sitting on 6000 lb's of trailer. All on the back of a single rear wheel light duty diesel truck.
Whiner got his answer. (he might have had a pint or 2 B-4 asking as he spelled his name wrong????? :pointlaugh: :blah::poke:) Just some news, and some fun. :D
I'll see if the other un-mentioned details ;) will fit the site's interest and format or not. :fordoval: :popcorn: :D

I used to have a D3 about the same vintage.
Looks like it was harder on your fingers than the truck tho :eek:

Smashed it. Don't think it broke the bone, but blood vessels did. Swellings not so bad now. Tape it to the pinky and 3 fingers are useable.
Lobster hand for a couple of weeks. :D
