F550 2003 Steering is horrible

Does anyone have any suggestions of any upgrades that can be installed to improve the steering on these trucks. I have had the ball joints replaced as well as the steering dampener and it is still hard to keep between the ditches.

Replace the steering box or at least try adjusting the preload on the sector shaft...

How many miles it could be alot of things.
