how to disconnect ebpv?

Is it located right under the turbo on the driver side? If so how do you disconnect it? Damn thing is driving me crazy. Its been pretty cold (0*) yesterday. and I can drive for a hour and it will still come on. I dont know that its sticking if the outside temps warm up it doesnt seem to be a problem. I also heard that it can hurt your mileage, any thought on that? Thanks

its just a 2 wire weatherproof connection, you are correct its on the drivers side. If I remeber right its right under the orange inlet duct.
