Pure Diesel Power has a 3" DP aluminum for a little over $100. It is a 2 piece and fit on my truck with no work needed to be done on the firewall. They also have a stainless steel DP for I think $140 or somewhere in there.

Just had an aluminum two-piece installed on my truck from ITP diesel--a sponsor here. Just over $100 and the fastest delivery that I have ever had, like two days! Great customer service too.

This is a good down pipe & Garrett at Pure Diesel Power is a great guy to deal with. Just cut out the old pipe with a saw-zall & slide this one up in it's place. You might have to use a hammer but it shouldn't be that hard of a job.
