I have 95 that built real good.I like to put on towing compound turbo's.At the shop I have HX40 nowastgate with T4 and a HT3b with T6 flange will this make a good set up to tow with.In the motor I stud in the heads,blackwidow
girdle,6.0 intercooler,flowed ported heads,bigoil,fass fuel. forged crower rods,forged piston,238 sticks with 80% nozzles.I need to clean up the smoke.

Well this really has absolutly nothing to do with hotshotting. And if you want to get some ideas for a good twin setup check the 99-08 aftermarket superduty forum, or the obs aftermarket performance forum.
From what I gathered of what you listed, it looks like it will make a nice towing setup as long as you get some air to the engine and can keep it cool.
