Decided to do my first post. Figured the head board I made would be a good one to start with. First was a trip to the steel yard. Material list is:
1 stick 3"x4"x1/4 wall angle
1/2 stick 2"x2"x1/4 wall angle
1 sheet 4'x8' #9 flat expanded
1 stick 1 1/2"x1 1/2"x1/8" wall tube
1 stick 1 1/2"x 1 1/2"x1/8" wall tube
The 8" channel is for another project that's in the works, stay tuned.

Relief cuts to clear the tailgate when shut
Relief cuts to clear eye bolts
Window frame fitted and tacked
Tie rails fitted and tacked
Expanded Fitted and tacked
Finished product.

It took a few weeks to do working after work and whatever weekend's I got off. Paint didn't turn out the best, weather is not really favorable now.
