I got my hids installed and I really like them! I just have one issue, after I start the truck and flip the headlight switch on the truck dies, it starts right back up but WTF? Just wondering if ne of you guys have had this problem and know how to fix it.

Someone else had this problem with a hid kit too, wasnt the retro kit though. Maybe they will chime in on this.

Looks pretty simple to me. Fix your DP Tuner chip, or take it off the truck. Try it with the chip unplugged and see if it still dies. I bet it doesn't.

Remove it from the vehicle would be a 100% fix. But since you'll want to keep something you payed hundreds of dollars for, you should call them, or see if they have any information on their website about controlling the interference the chip is receiving from the HID ballasts.
