I have to say they have been some of the best people to work with over the last few months, I have sent numerious e-mails, called many times, sent 20meg's of pictures and crap... Every e-mail is responded to, every call is answered... Above and beyond what I have ever seen out of any vendor out there.
I owe you guys a bottle or case of your fav.

What kills me with all this, I have yet to buy one thing from them.

I have never bought anything from them or even talked to them but it sounds as though their customer service is 100% A+. Glad to hear good things.
