I think the brakes might be slightly larger but I can't say for sure. I think you pegged it pretty good.

In some forum I read that the frame has a different thickness.

I believe that on OBS trucks the only difference is the 4" blocks in the rear and frount springs. The F250 are heaver duty due to the TTB frount end. Everything else is the same.

F-350's are twice as cool..........Honestly not a huge difference except the frontends as you know... Body styles for F-350 seem to be- Standard cab long bed and crew cab long bed only.. F-250 was available as standard cab LB, extra cab short and long bed and crew cab SB. It's possible there may have been special factory orders but I've not seen any....most are likely owner converted to 350 front end.

edit: for body configurations i'm talking 4x4 only. 2wd you could have an extended cab f-350

How many Supercab short bed F250 Powerstrokes were made? I know they were made in 96-97 like the crew short beds. I've seen two 2wds in my area but that's been about it. Every once in awhile I'll see one for sale but never that many of em. Seems like that's all that you ever see these days with the Superduty.

I think the supercab shortboxes are more rare then the crewcab shorties.....Don't see too many of either though..

That makes about the third or forth one I've seen then. How about the 4x4 guys though?
