Hey, looking to put a 96 7.3 diesel into my 2 seat offroad buggy on 42's im designing

Im getting a 7.3 with the engine harness tomorrow

I know I need the PCM, ICM, TCM and accelerator pedal, and am looking for a donor vehical to rip the parts from.

My only question is, can i run aftermarket Autometer gauges(tach, Speedo, ect)

Would they be electrical and tap into the PCM for the sensors?

Im looking to use a 4r100 trans behind the 7.3, and i know that with the e40d, the VSS/ABS sensor is on the rear axle, but my axle (dana 70) doesnt support a toner gear or VSS setup.

Is anyone using the VSS ports/ Speed sensors on the 4r100 for the speed sensor output to the PCM?

How is that done?

Im not running ABS, but dont want my trans to shift like crap, with no tach or speedo though

Engine will weigh more than the rig!
