D80 was an F-Superduty axle back then, ya know, the trucks that look like F350s but have 10-lug wheels and straight I-beam front, that has D80 in the rear. As Hyde pointed out the 1990 F350 in question has a D60 front and a 10.25 Sterling rear, at least that was the factory setup, if it has anything else it has been modified by a previous owner. Transfer case I believe was the 1356 Borg Warner.

By the way there ain't much difference between the F250 and F350 in those years, the F350 front axle is definitely something you want under your 3/4-ton, but the rear is about the same, maybe a small difference in the leaf packs - just swap the D60 monobeam in, grab some leafs from the F350 rear and build your own heavy-duty main packs and add the 1-ton overloads if your truck has none, and call it a day.
