towing with the 275 race tune

Is it safe to tow with the 275hp race tune in my 08 ?

I wouldn't.... I'm guessing you have the Spartan? I think is says right on the site not to... Below is right from a sellers web site......

You could always call them.......

if you do decide to tow with it i wouldnt tow very much and watch your trans and EGT's

you can just use your head while doing it and you'll be safe. and like stated just watch your temps.

Thanks for the input I tried it tonight for a bit my temps were ok running at 60 65mph on the hills the temps went up a bit I just backed out of it and it was fine. The boost was running a little higher tho...

I;ve towed 10k with it on 37's no issues here.... i would say do it just be smarter than the truck...

I towed a modified Jeep 84 CJ7 today on a car hauler trailer it was a 3 hour trip ran at 70mph had no problems I just kept a close eye on the guages.

engine oil temps is the main thing too watch, you can control the egts with your foot pretty easy but oil temps arent that simple, i love the tune for towing though the power and the shifting is great.
