pullin overload on 08?

I am thinking about pulling the top overload on my 08. Will it screw with the capacity? I kinda like it when towing heavy but i think id rather have the extra suspension travel. My 03 the top overload was attached to the sprng pack are these too?

Without the overload, it will sag more under a heavy load.

Yeah i figured it would, Not too awfully worried about it. kinda want the more suspension travel. Are the springs the same as the trucks that dont have the overload?
