I bought this turbo off ebay, and was planning to use it on my Truck. Instead I am getting a 38r and am selling the H2E. It has a 17cm exhaust housing, and was freshly rebuilt when I bought it. Pictures in a day or so...$500 obo. Here are some #'s on the nameplate:

Code: 72
Model: H2E
Garrett P/N: 3803586 (not sure why there is a Garrett P/N)
Cust P/N: 02 03 99
S/N: A2017828

I'm very interested is this a nomal H2E or the Modded one with the 66mm compressor wheel. Also are you including the whole kit to install it or is that something I have to buy later. Thanks

It has NOT been modded...it has the normal H2E compressor wheel. I don't have a mounting kit, just the turbocharger itself.

Call Hyermax and the mounting kit is $1800 and the kit for everything including a new H2E turbo is $2500 so thats only $100 more for a new turbo with warenty not realy worth it:(. If someone already has the mounting kit it mit be worth it they did say the turbo it self new is $1250. Sorry

Pictures of the turbocharger as well as an INCOMPLETE mounting kit can be found here. (http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2660545580102542995bMNpEB) If anyone is interested I will include an INCOMPLETE mounting kit that I was working on for my 02 PSD. I basically had the pedestal and exhaust flange complete, and I had partially completed one up-pipe. I tried to explain what each part was in the picture captions.

So how do you get the oil from the block to the turbo? Are you just going to use a piece of braided stainless hose with some AN fittings?? Thanks.

I guess that would be one option. Seems like the hypermax kit uses steel tubing.

Who re-built the turbo?

No clue. Bought it off E-bay...the description was that the turbo was rebuilt and sold as-is. Compressor and turbine blades look new, shaft play is good, and it has been balanced.

Has anyone ever put an H2E or something similar in an OBS truck (will it fit)? I've had several people ask me.
