Rail Pressure Sensor Pinout?

Does anyone have a service manual handy for the 6.4L, who could tell me what the pin assignments are on the Rail Pressure sensor? Does the manual specify the range and output of the sensor too?

Thanks and regards,
Michael Pliska

A little distorted, but this should work.... Let me know if you need anthing else!:ford:

Just re-read your post and realize you wanted specs as well as pinout. My Manual doesn't have an exact breakdown of Voltage reading vs pressure. However The IDS I am pretty sure does. I know I can control injection pressure with the IDS, and should be able to look at voltage as well while manually adjusting the pressure. I will go hook it up and see what if I can give you some baseline readings at least.

Sitting here in the 08 witht he IDS(awesome setup!:ford:) hooked up and here is what I am finding. Haven't had a chance to make a graph yet. I can only increment the fuel rail pressure(FRP), can't pick exact numbers. Also did some other tests thata are kind of cool. Anyway

Normal Idle pressure is 5075 psi and 1.20v on the FRP sensor.

7534psi = 1.54volts
10000psi = 1.88v
14890psi = 2.5v
19818psi = 3.24v
24648psi = 3.9v

Maximum possible pressure is 24,648psi! and at only 1500rpm:eek:. at least under no load conditions.

Some cool stuff for sure. Just not sure how to best use the info though....
